One dog allowed if it is always kept either crated (at night and when away) or leashed, or on our 30′ dog line (when outdoors) = $145 per stay

The house is absolutely not child-proofed and in fact, certain items may actually be dangerous for children (like the firepit harpoon)… non-walking infants are allowed and we have a crib.. so no children between the ages of 1 year and 6 years.
The house is set up to cater to be eco-friendly (EV charger, recycling bins, low flow, etc)
